Technical Operations Analyst Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Operations Analyst to support activities across our manufacturing operations. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to help support production flow, customer requirements, and internal processes. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing or production environments , and a technical or engineering background is highly valued. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys assisting with production processes, supporting operational efficiency, and collaborating with multiple teams. Key Responsibilities Operations Support Assist with day-to-day manufacturing activities alongside production, quality, and supply chain teams Help track schedules, open items, and follow-ups to support smooth operational flow Assist in identifying and escalating issues that may impact production or delivery timelines Technical & Process Support Assist with process improvement, automation, and workflow optimization initiatives Help track project timelines, action items, and progress updates Maintain organized documentation, notes, and reporting for internal use Customer & Order Support Assist with order tracking and status updates in collaboration with internal teams Maintain accurate records, documentation, and communication logs Help prepare materials for meetings and routine follow-ups Qualifications Required Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong organizational and follow-up skills Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Comfortable supporting multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Technical or engineering-related education or background Exposure to production processes, scheduling, or operations support Experience with process improvement or automation initiatives Familiarity with cross-functional team collaboration
