Workday Payroll Analyst Salary:

Up to $120K + Benefits Why This Opportunity Stands Out High-visibility role within a growing shared services payroll team supporting multiple entities Exposure to complex, multi-state payroll environments (U.S. + Puerto Rico) Opportunity to be involved in Workday implementation and process improvements Fast-paced, collaborative team with strong leadership and growth potential Hands-on role with the ability to make an immediate impact on processes and compliance Key Responsibilities Process and support high-volume, multi-state payroll across multiple entities Manage payroll tax compliance , including multi-state withholding and filings Handle state and local tax registrations and ongoing compliance monitoring Support Workday payroll operations , including troubleshooting and system optimization Assist with payroll system implementation, enhancements, and testing Review and audit payroll data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing Manage taxable benefits and imputed income (GTL, vehicle usage, bonuses, etc.) Partner with HR, Finance, and Tax teams to resolve payroll issues quickly Document processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation Qualifications 4+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state, high-volume environment Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll tax rules and compliance Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll (required) Experience with payroll tax registrations and filings Understanding of taxable benefits and imputed income Experience supporting or participating in payroll system implementations is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets Perks & Benefits Competitive salary up to $120K Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match PTO and paid holidays Opportunity to grow within a scaling organization and evolving payroll function #
