Workday Report Analyst

Description 100% Onsite Preferred Work Location - Westlake, TX / Secondary Work Location - Austin, TX This role supports data conversion initiatives, including impact analysis and Workday report development. The position focuses on developing, modifying, and analyzing reports to ensure data accuracy and continuity across HR systems. Qualifications & Experience

• (6-10 years) in Workday reporting and/or data analytics
• Primary responsibility for developing, enhancing, and maintaining Workday reports and performing data analytics across multiple HR systems
• Deep expertise in Workday Reporting and Analytics, including custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
• Strong data analysis, with experience managing large datasets for data migration efforts
• Proven ability to perform impact analysis to assess reporting dependencies, data integrity, and downstream effects of data conversions
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, technical, cross-functional environment with minimal direction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Workday Pro Reporting certification preferred; experience with Workday business process configuration and security is a plus Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Westlake, TX.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $62.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
