Principal Technical Consultant

Job Description One of Insight Global's higher education clients is seeking a delivery‑focused Principal Technical Consultant to lead the adoption and execution of Agile methodology across a large enterprise environment. This individual will partner closely with product, engineering, and business teams to define clear requirements, streamline collaboration, and ensure the full product lifecycle aligns with Agile best practices. The role requires someone who can influence without authority, drive process consistency, and translate complex business needs into actionable work for technical teams. The ideal candidate brings experience in both enterprise‑scale organizations and fast‑paced startup settings, with strong communication skills, a delivery‑oriented mindset, and the ability to guide teams through Agile transformation. Candidates local to Salt Lake City, UT are strongly preferred.
