Responsibilities Monitor and support financial transaction platforms (on-call rotation) Troubleshoot transaction issues using SQL, system logs, and monitoring tools-Splunk Implement bi-annual financial network mandates and coordinate certifications/testing Support production deployments and change management (TeamCity, Octopus Deploy) Maintain platform documentation, playbooks, and escalation procedures Perform server/database maintenance and support Business Continuity (Failover/DR) Work directly with financial networks and internal stakeholders Qualifications 2-3 years' experience with financial networks (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, Pulse, Fiserv) Adapts quickly to changing requirements in fast-paced environment Microsoft SQL Server experience (query writing and analysis) Log analysis and production troubleshooting experience Scripting/programming (Batch, Java) Familiarity with networking fundamentals, firewalls, and load balancers Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred
