Technology Consultant Interoperability- CTJ- POLY

Collaborates with internal stakeholders in the pre-sale process by understanding business requirements and providing industry and technical input and/or solution offerings to help shape the deal. Supports drafting proposals and/or statement of work (SOW). Provides input on staffing and skill requirements for delivery to Resource Deployment, Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs), and/or Project Managers. Improves Managed Standard Offerings (MSO) quality and collaborates with portfolio and solution teams of the domain by providing feedback. Business Development Drives innovation and digital transformation. Ensures the use of the existing intellectual property (IP). Provides feedback on Managed IP for continuous improvement, reports IP gaps, reviews IP to be considered for harvesting and curation and ensures it is logged for consumption. Improves Industry Solutions offerings quality and collaborates with portfolio and solution teams by providing feedback. Collaborates with internal stakeholders (e.g., Solution Architect, Pursuit Lead, Consulting Account Executive, Industry Solutions Delivery Engineering & Architecture Group) in the pre-sale process by understanding business and security requirements and providing industry and technical input and/or solution offerings to help shape the deal. Supports drafting proposals and/or statement of work (SOW). Provides input on staffing and skill requirements and ensures SME involvement to define security capacity for delivery to Resource Deployment, Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs), and/or Project Managers. Participates in project planning and develops project documents by identifying the risks and dependencies. Assists project managers/architects in preparing for steering committee (e.g., developing artifacts). Manages their schedule and communicates with project leads. Implements solutions and provides oversight and leadership on workstreams across domains while adhering to Industry Solutions processes and security initiatives. Manages escalations, analyzes situations, and coordinates appropriate resources to resolve issues by following delivery practices, considering cost implications, maintaining a security-first mindset and engaging in conversations with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Customer Service and Support, Project Manager, Solution Architect, Product Group) as needed. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 3+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business OR equivalent experience. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Polygraph. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate U.S. Government clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination. 5+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business. AI Business Solutions - Product Interoperability (Integration & Automation) Technical certifications based on domain/service line (e.g., Azure, Security, Dynamics).
