Job Description:
We are seeking a Strategy Associate to support the development of its 3-5-year technology roadmap across U.S. and Bermuda businesses. This is a hybrid, 6-month contract-to-hire engagement (3 days onsite per week) that will report into an office location in one of these markets: Richmond
  • VA, New York
  • NY, Middletown Township
  • NJ, Tampa
  • FL, or Cranston
  • RI. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and transformation, with exposure to senior leadership and enterprise initiatives. We can provide a starting hourly rate between $40
  • $50/hr depending on previous experience.
Responsibilities Support strategy discovery sessions with business and technology stakeholders Analyze systems, processes, and capabilities to identify gaps/opportunities Translate business priorities into technology needs and recommendations Build executive-level presentations and summarize key takeaways Develop project plans, track progress, and drive follow-ups across workstreams Support business cases and financial analysis for technology investments Assist in maintaining multi-year technology roadmaps Key Skills Strong communication and executive presentation skills Project management and organization Analytical and financial acumen (ROI, business cases) Structured thinking and research skills Insurance knowledge is a plus Qualifications 2-5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Management consulting or strategy Insurance (carrier, broker, or advisory) Technology strategy, operations, or transformation Experience working across business and technology teams
