$40 - $50 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Technical Analyst with a passion for digital platforms, APIs, and modern application architecture. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, developers, architects, and QA teams to deliver scalable web, mobile, chat, and voice solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Translate business requirements into technical system specifications for web and mobile applications Analyze and evaluate APIs (REST/SOAP) to support system capabilities and integrations Map and document data flows between systems and services Create and maintain system requirement documentation, including interface specifications Support feature prioritization, backlog refinement, and sprint planning in Agile/Scrum environments Perform application testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure system quality Investigate system issues using logs, documentation, and testing scenarios to identify root causes Collaborate with QA and development teams to resolve defects and production issues Deliver functional demos to internal teams and business stakeholders Work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment managing multiple priorities

Required Skills/Education:

2-5 years of experience in a Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role Strong understanding of API integrations, microservices, and service-oriented architecture (SOA) Experience with multi-tier application architecture (presentation, service, and data layers) Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data analysis and validation Hands-on experience translating business needs into technical requirements Familiarity with JSON, XML, and data mapping concepts Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Nice to
