$57/hr - $62/hr
Requirement/Must Have:
5+ years of experience in UKG. 3+ years of experience in implementing rules and compliance related changes to the UKG (WFM Pro). Experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) implementations and enhancements. 10+ years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), UKG Workforce Central. Experience of maintaining the WFM solution for Retail industry. Strong exposure and knowledge of the various features like Timekeeper, Accruals, Advanced Scheduler and/or Forecaster. Knowledge of full life cycle of a project including gathering detailed requirements, developing a design, and delivering the solution to the client.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of UKG Pro WFM solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support. Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT teams to understand workforce management requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Configure and enhance UKG Pro WFM modules, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals and Leave Management, Attendance, Labor Tracking, and Workforce Analytics and Reporting. Design and maintain pay rules, work rules, pay codes, shifts, schedules, and labor structures. Perform system enhancements, optimization initiatives, and process improvements to meet evolving business needs. Support data migration, system integrations, and interface development with HR, Payroll, ERP, and third-party applications. Conduct system testing, integration testing, UAT support, and production validation. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration of legacy systems.
Qualification And Education:
Strong consultative and communication skills to interact with business users and client management.
