Job Description
Technical Systems Analys t: Installs, upgrades, and maintains system software across various computer platforms. Provides technical support for system internals, including VM, VSE/ESA, CICS, and VTAM environments, as well as data communications, databases, and software support packages. Ensures system stability, performance, and availability through troubleshooting, maintenance, and issue resolution.
