Seeking an individual with Optical Transport engineering and project delivery experience. Will be responsible for carrier transport engineering and designs for backhaul communications leveraging multiple technologies including private optical, microwave, cellular, and 3rd party carrier circuits. Additional consideration will be given for candidates with a broad range of exposure to other technologies such as Power (AC & DC) and Data network engineering. Telecom Backhaul Network Engineering Carrier Transport Engineering Carrier Network Implementation and Support Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering, or related field with a minimum of 5 years of related experience (OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years of related telecom engineering experience) Working knowledge of: Agile methodologies: Kanban, Jira, ServiceNow Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook Experience working with document management systems and engineering documentation workflows Strong troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in complex technical environments Strong understanding of telecommunications systems, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements

Pay:

$62.00•$64.00 per hour
