Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree. or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree. 8 years of related telecommunications/VoIP experience Avaya and CCaaS Call center platforms Java Script, Python, or Node.

LAN, WAN, SD
WAN, VPN, and cloud networking solutions Preferred Skills/Experience of the
Telecommunication Engineer :
Genesys Certifications such as: o Genesys Cloud CX Developer (CCX GCD) o Genesys Cloud CX Architect (GCX ARC) Lucid Charts or other workflow modeling tools. Responsibilities of the
Telecommunication Engineer:
Designs and develops complex software interface programs for telecommunication/voice over internet protocol (VoIP) systems. Performs engineering studies to obtain data on new equipment and system development in communications field and adaptability of equipment to existing system. Produce high-quality technical and functional documentation, including FRDs, workflow diagrams, and integration specifications.
Work Location:
Hybrid work arrangement onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday additional onsite presence as needed in Columbia, SC. Compensation /
