Category Executive/Administrative/HR/Legal Job Location US-AZ-Scottsdale Overview We are seeking a UX Design Intern to transform complex, technical enterprise products into simple, intuitive experiences, with a strong emphasis on graphic design and visual communication craft. A portfolio (PDF or website) is required and should demonstrate strong visual/graphic design as well as UX thinking. Strong collaboration, a curiosity-driven mindset, and a willingness to learn are essential for this role. Junior designers are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Identify opportunities to modernize the product's look and feel across screens and workflows. Improve visual communication (layout, typography, iconography, and presentation materials) to increase clarity and maximize our impact. Simplify complex technical workflows into clear, user-friendly designs. Contribute to the development, expansion, modernization and implementation of our design system. Work closely with other designers, product management, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the highest quality standards in design implementation. Help conduct user research and competitive analysis to propose improvements that will give us a competitive advantage. Advocate for best practices in responsive design, accessibility, and semantic UI. Qualifications Ability to create polished graphic design and presentation-ready deliverables. Ability to simplify complex concepts into elegant interfaces. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Innovative spirit with creativity to push design boundaries. Curiosity and willingness to learn. Proficiency with design tools (Figma/Illustrator/Photoshop). Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
