We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with strong motion expertise to create polished and engaging digital product experiences. This role combines product strategy, user experience design, and advanced motion craft to improve usability and delight. You will lead end to end design initiatives from concept through launch while partnering with cross functional teams. The ideal candidate brings strong systems thinking, expert prototyping skills, and a passion for intuitive interactions. You will help shape scalable design standards across products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead product design and motion design initiatives across major features and experiences. Design motion systems, transitions, micro interactions, and feedback states that improve clarity and usability. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs for complex workflows. Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers throughout the full design lifecycle. Develop demos and storytelling assets that communicate product vision and intent. Define scalable motion guidelines, interaction principles, and design system standards. Collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate and accessible implementation of motion behaviors. Drive consistency across user experiences, motion patterns, and visual systems.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Design, Interaction Design, Motion Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field. Minimum 5 years of product design experience with strong motion expertise. Advanced proficiency in Figma, After Effects, or similar design and prototyping tools. Proven experience designing end to end digital product experiences. Strong understanding of interaction design, animation principles, and usability best practices. Experience working closely with engineering and product teams to launch motion rich experiences. Experience contributing to scalable design systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience as a hybrid product and motion designer in complex digital environments. Ability to combine strategic product thinking with detailed interaction craftsmanship. Experience designing systems that scale across multiple products or platforms. Strong presentation and storytelling skills for executive and stakeholder audiences.
