The Design Producer will play a big part in upholding these values and driving innovation and creativity through our design work. Description An effective Producer advances design efforts by diving deeply into the issues at hand, identifying and mitigating risks to the project, handling dependencies, and tracking all issues impacting deliverables and schedules. This person will partner with the Design Manager to drive many concurrent design projects from ideation to delivery. They will guide each project through the design process and ensure forward momentum by tracking and reporting project status, seeking closure to open questions, identifying next steps and risks, and facilitating design reviews. They will serve as the liaison between Design and cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, Business). Minimum Qualifications 7+ years as a producer or program manager with recent experience leading software design. Deep understanding of UX/UI design thinking, ideation, execution, and product design delivery processes. Basic understanding of native application development. Shown ability to meet deadlines and drive results while juggling many projects and priorities. Employs a proactive project management style

Meticulous attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills. BS or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Experience working on Saas products. Passion for delivering innovative and exceptional UI design to our customers. Agility in learning new software and tools, with a keen interest in optimizing workflows and processes. Champions design and user experience while fostering a culture of trust, respect, and healthy debate. Deep appreciation for Apple, our products, our values, and our customers; a passion for music or podcasts is a plus. Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $181,100 and $318,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
