Full Job Description Must-have :

Proctor research experience, prior 6 month tenure working with Apple Black or Ultra Products, Manager experience, Human Factors Research Background.

Tasks performed:

Manage & Develop the Proctor Team — Lead, mentor, and train a team of VMS user study proctors, ensuring all team members are fully prepared and aligned on current study protocols Uphold Data Integrity — Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of data collected across all study sessions, ensuring rigorous standards are met Plan & Execute Research — Design, implement, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user studies to evaluate the fit and comfort of wearable products Develop & Approve Protocols — Lead the development of new study protocols and facilitate the process of obtaining necessary approvals Collect & Analyze Data — Oversee and perform data collection and conduct foundational analysis to surface meaningful patterns and insights from study results Communicate Findings — Deliver clear, concise, and timely feedback and learnings to teams and key stakeholders Collaborate Cross-Functionally — Partner closely with cross-functional team members to deploy, run, and summarize research studies effectively Other Requirements Prior 6 months working with Apple Black or Ultra Products is a must have
