UI/UX Designer (Part Time)

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Customer Experience & UX Designer that will focus on improving end‑to‑end user experiences across onboarding, participation, and support by partnering closely with product, engineering, and program teams. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Gather beta‑user feedback and identify usability improvements Evaluate key user journeys and reduce friction across touchpoints Design and document user flows and high‑fidelity UI in Figma Ensure consistency with brand standards and design systems Translate research and product requirements into production‑ready designs Collaborate cross‑functionally to support rapid iteration We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
