LP JOB SUMMARY
This role is for a seasoned Principal Product Designer who excels at crafting exceptional end-to-end user experiences across multiple platforms. You will translate complex ideas into compelling designs, leveraging rapid experimentation and a deep understanding of user needs. The ideal candidate is a collaborative innovator passionate about driving seamless customer journeys and mentoring others.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Strategically design innovative, end-to-end user experiences optimized for users, business, and technology. Visualize and communicate design concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders. Deliver user experience visions, UI 20specifications, wireframes, and prototypes. Conduct usability testing and actively incorporate customer feedback for iterative improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designers.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven ability to lead complex design projects from concept to launch. Exceptional visual and interaction design skills. Strong facilitation and communication skills to drive consensus and inspire teams.
