Job Description

1. Scope of Work Contractor shall provide SharePoint Information Architecture (IA), UI/UX design, governance framework development, configuration, and implementation services necessary to redesign the Court's internal SharePoint Online environment ( "empweb ") in accordance with the requirements set forth in this Statement of Work. Failure to meet any of the requirements remains Contractor's responsibility and must be remedied at Contractor's expense. Court Responsibility Court is responsible for the quality, accuracy, and maintenance of departmental content stored within SharePoint. Contractor Responsivity Contractor is responsible for internal quality control of all deliverables at no additional cost to Court. General Scope The general scope of services includes provision of all work necessary to: . Assess the existing SharePoint environment . Design a new enterprise information architecture . Develop global navigation structure . Establish department site templates . Implement role-based access controls . Configure governance controls . Deploy pilot department sites . Support organization-wide rollout 2. Tasks and Associated Deliverables Contractor will work with Court to produce the deliverables listed in this Section. Project Management and Planning Contractor shall develop a Project Plan in collaboration with Court that includes: . Contractor Project Team Members . Court Roles and Responsibilities . Contractor Roles and Responsibilities . Timeline and Milestones . Change Management Plan . Risk Management Plan . Communication and Escalation Procedures . Training Plan
