UX Designer, Senior Blue Shield of CA United States, California, Oakland 601 12th Street (Show on map) Jun 09, 2026 Your Role The Stellarus Product and UX team defines and designs technology products, creating solutions for users across the spectrum of healthcare. The Senior UX Designer will report to the Director of UX Research and Product Design. In this role you will work with internal stakeholders and team members to design digital product solutions that solve and support our user's needs, expectations, and pain points. Our leadership model is about developing great leaders at all levels and creating opportunities for our people to grow - personally, professionally, and financially. We are looking for leaders that are energized by creative and critical thinking, building and sustaining high-performing teams, getting results the right way, and fostering continuous learning. Your Knowledge and Experience Requires at least 5 years relevant UX, Product, Research or Design experience
Requires a Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Requires a portfolio to be submitted in application
Competency in any of the other design disciplines - User Research/User Testing, Visual Design, Motion Design, Human Factors Engineering; a big plus
Experience in the health or wellness industry, a plus
Experience on teams shipping digital product, a plus
