UX/UI DESIGNER, RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather user requirements, conduct user research, and map the application's user flow. Collaborate with Business Analysts in understanding the requirements and user needs that they have collected. Gather more information from users through informal interviews, if needed. Identify the pain points of the current tools being used and find solutions to each. Understand the workflow of the team that will use the application to map the user flow. Explore solutions, create wireframes (low fidelity) and create UI (User Interface) components. Explore and brainstorm different solutions for user pain points identified during research. Create wireframes for the solutions. Create UI components that align with the company's design system using tools such as Figma and Adobe Illustrator (for creating icons). Create mockups (high fidelity) and prototype interaction. Choose the best solution from the wireframes explorations and use Figma to create mockup screens for the solution. Prototype the interactions between screens and the micro-interactions within each screen. Present prototype to different stakeholders and seek approvals. Present prototype to product owners, Business Analysts, Front-End and Back-End Developers. Take notes of any feedback from the stakeholders to make new iterations of the mockups. Ensure feasibility of design solutions. Check developer's implementation and make design refinements before launch date. Check the work of developers that is being implemented on the staging site or application. Inspect the
HTML/CSS
of UI components as needed to make sure it aligns with the mockups. Collaborate with developers to make necessary user interface changes. Mentor junior UX/UI designers. Provide feedback to refine junior designers' skills and approach. Conduct sessions on best practices, tools, and methodologies to build foundational design knowledge. Help junior designers tackle project-specific challenges, guiding them toward effective solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or closely related field, plus 2 years of work experience in UX/UI Design or closely related.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
EXPERTISE/KNOWLEDGE OF:
1. Experience in design tools such as Figma and workflow tools such as Miro or FigJam to create clear, efficient, and scalable design artifacts that support cross-functional collaboration and ensure shared understanding across teams. 2. Experience with HyperText Markup Language (HTML), Casacading Style Sheets (CSS), and web development principles, including mobile-responsible design, to facilitate seamless design to development handoffs. 3. Ability to create High-Fidelity UI Designs using industry standards to produce development-ready interfaces that accurately communicate layout, interaction patterns, and visual specifications. 4. Knowledge of accessibility standards in WCAG and development work to ensure that digital products are usable by people users of all abilities and comply with legal and organizational accessibility requirements. 5. Ability to plan and conduct user research which includes interviews, usability testing, surveys, and heuristic evaluations to translate findings into actionable insights that inform effective, and user-centered design solutions. Position Description The Contract Administrator supports Applied Medical's operations by managing the full contract lifecycle, from proposal through execution and ongoing administration. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient, compliant, and accurate handling of distribution agreements, product supply contracts, and pricing agreements across the medical device industry. The Contract Administrator collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, sales, and operations, to facilitate contract negotiations, maintain contract data integrity, and drive timely execution. This position contributes directly to operational efficiency, revenue enablement, and customer satisfaction by ensuring contracts are processed accurately and efficiently within contract management systems and enterprise platforms such as SAP. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, revising, and executing distribution agreements, product supply agreements, and pricing contracts
- Review and redline terms and conditions using company templates and customer agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with legal counsel and cross-functional teams to assess legal language, mitigate risk, and support contract negotiations
- Coordinate with customers and internal team members to facilitate timely contract execution and maintain momentum throughout the contracting process
- Administer contract workflows and maintain contract data using a contract management system (CMS) or contract lifecycle management (CLM) system and SAP
- Track contract milestones, renewals, expiration dates, and key deliverables to ensure continuity and compliance
- Support Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) processes by developing responses and tracking contract-related trends

Position Description The Maintenance Technician II, Injection Molding performs preventive and corrective maintenance on specialized manufacturing equipment at Applied Medical's facilities in Rancho Santa Margarita and Lake Forest, California. This role applies hands-on technical expertise to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems, minimize downtime, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and quality objectives in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs on injection molding, liquid injection molding (LIM), extrusion, rubber molding, blown film, sintering, and furnace equipment to support efficient production operations
