Job Description
Our client, an Industry Leader is looking to hire a ( UX Researcher II) in ( San Bruno CA (Hybrid - Tues-Thurs onsite)
Pay Rate Range:
$85/hr to $95/hr , depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end UX research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods. Design and execute studies such as user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and diary studies. Analyze research findings and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to influence product strategy and user experience decisions. Manage multiple research projects simultaneously and recommend the most appropriate methodologies for each research question. Communicate findings through clear, compelling presentations and reports that drive decision-making.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in UX Research, Human Factors, Product Research, or a related applied research field. Experience conducting mixed-methods research, including: User Interviews Survey Design & Analysis Usability Testing Diary Studies Qualitative & Quantitative Data Analysis Strong ability to synthesize insights and tell a compelling story with research findings. Experience collaborating with cross-functional product teams. Ability to independently manage research projects from planning through delivery. Nice to Have Experience supporting consumer-facing digital products. Experience working in a technology or product-driven environment. Familiarity with product development lifecycles and user-centered design processes.
