    • + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 4 years of visual design experience in product design or UX/UI design. + Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).

    " Our Visual Designers weave space, typography, color, and iconography to help people successfully navigate our products, ensuring they are beautiful and accessible. You will join our multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, to leverage user insights and create industry-leading products. As a Visual Designer, you will rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution. You will collaborate with your design partners to leverage and evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative, inspired products that people love to use. Consumer Payments UX designs a cross-surface payment experience for Google users. Our team works on Google Wallet across surfaces (i.e., web, Android, Chrome, MyAccount, etc.) as well as checkout experiences in Chrome across global markets. We create simple and safe payment features like card tokenization, account linking, and e-Wallets. We also design for non-payments journeys in Wallet, like adding transit cards, using a mobile drivers license at an airport, and setting up digital car keys. We collaborate with partners in APAC and Payments Platform, bridging the gap between global features and local needs. Our mission is to explore the vast landscape of international markets, identify unique cultural and economic nuances, and propose market-specific initiatives that unlock growth for Google Pay. Whether it is paying online with Autofill, using tap and pay in stores, or using the Google Pay app, the Payments team at Google is focused on making payments simple, seamless, and secure. In addition to consumer payment technologies, the Payments team also powers the money movement between Google and its consumers and businesses. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     • + Lead the journey from early market concepts to global launch, defining use cases and seamless user flows with wireframes and high-fidelity mockups.
