Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a ServiceNow UX Designer with a strong foundation in Human-Centered Design (HCD) to design and enhance user-centered digital experiences across the ServiceNow platform. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on UX execution, focusing on ServiceNow portals, service catalogs, and workflows. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business, IT, and development teams to deliver intuitive, efficient, and scalable user experiences aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to inform design decisions and experience strategy Develop personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks to guide product direction Contribute to experience roadmaps by aligning user insights with business priorities Design and optimize ServiceNow portals, service catalogs, and service workflows Plan and facilitate usability testing, design reviews, and feedback sessions Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable insights and design recommendations Identify user experience challenges and propose practical, user-centered solutions Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and platform teams to ensure alignment and delivery Present UX strategies, findings, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences Support discovery and research initiatives for both short-term delivery and long-term planning Explore and adopt new tools and methodologies, including AI-assisted design approaches Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or human-centered research roles 2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow as an administrator or in a related capacity Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design principles and research methodologies Experience designing or optimizing ServiceNow portals, catalogs, and workflows Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, delivery-oriented teams Ability to work onsite in Juno Beach, FL or relocate Preferred Qualifications Experience aligning UX strategy with business and technical constraints Familiarity with AI-enabled design or research tools Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments
