Work Setting:

100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Required:

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Jupiter West, FL (required);
• Experience in digital strategy, user experience, or a related field. (3 years)
• Experience with Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles and their application in digital projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Strategy, or a related field.

Responsibilities :

• Act as a Liaison to Business Partners;
• Drive Strategic Application Vision;
• Develop and Maintain HCD Delivery Roadmaps;
• Partner with the Manager, Experience Architecture to create and maintain HCD delivery roadmaps.
• Ensure Application Adoption and Delight;
• Support Tactical Execution and Research;
