The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating exceptional user experiences and visually stunning interfaces across various digital platforms.

Job Description:

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will lead the design process from concept to implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centered solutions. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and accessible designs that align with our brand identity and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and design solutions Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback to iterate and improve designs Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in UI/UX design Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful projects Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including: Figma Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Sketch InVision Experience with prototyping tools such as Axure or Adobe XD Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
