Front End/UI Developer | Tampa Bay | Direct Hire

We have an exciting new role for a small but growing technology client in Tampa. This position is part of a small team providing software development and data SaaS services to companies.

Candidates coming out of large corporate environments that are highly structured need not apply. Our client''''s work environment and culture are well-suited for candidates working in small, yet collaborative environments. Capable of dealing with some ambiguity. In this role, you will own the front-end development and also provide design / UI services to customers. Projects will come from ideas and mockups and turn into clear interfaces to deliver to clients. Additional work will be in the building of customer-specific web apps, including JavaScript-based apps that embed in an ERP software or components, reusing our patterns with backend support. You will partner with product owners, solution engineering, project management, and backend developers in a highly collaborative small team.

REQUIRES

Proven software development and front-end skills; experience with Vue or React (must be willing to work with Vue) Background using HTML, Tailwind CSS/SCSS, and responsive layout. Solid knowledge of UI Design - layout, typography, spacing, and hierarchy Experience with component libraries and building or customizing design systems. Willing to work from rough requirements or mockups to produce clean UIs Understanding of REST/APIs Experience with Sage Intaact, and an understanding of Laravel is preferred.
