Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our QA team as an In-App Experience Reviewer . You'll be responsible for meticulously evaluating user journeys within various mobile applications, testing functionality, and providing crucial feedback to enhance the overall in-app experience.
Responsibilities:
Execute detailed usability testing scenarios for specific in-app features and flows. Document bugs, glitches, and user experience pain points with precision. Collaborate effectively with product and development teams to communicate issues and suggestions. Ensure that in-app features perform seamlessly across different mobile devices and software versions. Submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports on findings and recommendations.
Requirements:
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions. Proficiency with collaboration tools and a strong understanding of mobile app interactions. Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is a plus. Stable internet connection and access to a range of mobile devices (iOS/Android).
