Position Overview
We are seeking a genuine, highly skilled User Experience (UX) Designer for a 12-month onsite contract with our premier client, Caterpillar, located in Mossville, IL. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of overall experience and a strong background in human-centered design frameworks. Key Responsibilities Work with UX researchers to identify critical experiences & scenarios and develop & validate journey maps based on commercial and technical requirements & UX heuristics. Develop & Document UX requirements based on journey maps. Review designs to ensure alignment to UX requirements. Required Qualifications & Skills 2-4 years of experience creating Journey Map/User Flows. Strong mechanical aptitude. User Centric Design Foundations. Project Management experience.
