$54,000 - $76,000 What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities): Make a profound impact on the visual quality and user experience of our digital products, reaching millions of users globally. Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to optimize all digital platforms, enhancing customer experience, boosting shopping confidence, fortifying brand presence, and driving growth. Demonstrate passion for user experience and designing best-in-class interfaces that effectively serve the needs of the user and the business. Comprehend and design for multiple device types and contexts (desktop, tablet, mobile) and responsive designs for the web. Exhibit a clear understanding of distinct UX and UI strategies tailored for direct-to-consumer websites and applications. Work closely with product and marketing managers, as well as developers, throughout the organization. Contribute to the creation of user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and final designs aligned with business objectives and brand strategy. Contribute to all aspects of mobile and web design from prototyping and initial concepts to final delivery. Articulate your designs and bring them to life for developers via user journeys, user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, presentations and comprehensively annotated design specifications. Utilize UX research tools, data, personas, competitive analysis, and metrics to shape user experiences. Make data-driven decisions, adapting quickly as priorities evolve. Use data to drive decision making, combined with the ability to alter direction quickly if needed as priorities shift. Revise and iterate designs and documentation based on continued user testing and feedback. Spur innovative ideas through expert-level knowledge of competitive and complimentary mobile and multi-platform products Understand the needs of all stakeholders to create intuitive and efficient designs. Create additional visual content as needed (marketing assets, photography, videos and animations, etc.) that reinforce brand identity and support the creative needs of the team and other stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned. What You'll Need (Qualifications): Minimum bachelor's degree from a four-year college (UX, graphic design, design communication, or BFA) Experience partnering with creative and development teams in the digital space. 1-3 years of experience within a large-scale consumer facing organization or digital agency Exceptional eye for detail and an in-depth understanding of our users' needs and expectations High degree of creativity and problem-solving abilities Core understanding of UX design principles and best practices Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro Exceptional communication skills: ability to communicate ideas through information and presentations. Confidence working on complex mobile/web applications with consumer-focused product UX. A strong portfolio highlighting a broad range of UX/UI-focused projects.
