W2 Job Summary One of our client is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior UX Producer to manage complex UX programs spanning: UX Design User Research Human Factors Content Strategy Instructional Design This role acts as the bridge between UX leadership, product, and engineering teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business goals. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning and execution of UX programs Create project plans, timelines, and resource allocation Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, and UX Identify risks and remove blockers Improve workflows and team efficiency Track milestones and deliverables Support budget planning and vendor coordination Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) Mentor junior team members Required Skills 7+ years in UX Program Strong expertise with: Jira Confluence Smartsheet Figma Miro Strong stakeholder communication Agile / Scrum knowledge Experience managing multiple large projects
