Job Description:
Robert Half is seeking a UX Designer to lead the design of a custom web-based platform supporting both internal teams and external users. This is a high-impact role focused on shaping the product's user experience, workflows, and visual identity from an early stage. Ideal candidates are comfortable working with evolving requirements, making independent design decisions, and clearly communicating their rationale.
Responsibilities:
Design intuitive, scalable UI/UX for a complex operational platform Translate business workflows and data into clean, usable interfaces Create wireframes, layouts, and prototypes to guide development Establish consistent design patterns across the product Improve in-progress features for usability and consistency Design customer-facing experiences and prepare for future user testing Contribute to a scalable design system and visual identity Collaborate cross-functionally and present design decisions clearly Qualifications 4+ years in UX, Product, or Interaction Design Experience designing end-to-end workflows or complex systems Strong UX fundamentals (usability, interaction design, visual hierarchy) Ability to simplify complex processes into intuitive experiences Confident communicator who can explain design decisions and tradeoffs Comfortable in fast-moving, early-stage environments
