Full Stack Experience, preferably 5+ years. Able to provide reusable templates to control component sprawl. Able to implement alternative indexing for Sharepoint content. Custom Ranking for Search Results is a big plus Azure AI experience is a nice to have, if the customer decides to go with the Azure AI Search later. Knowledge of Sharepoint and Power Apps is a plus, to make it easy to integrate with the existing environment. Azure Experience preferred, as they will go with integrating with existing Azure features to sit on top of Sharepoint.
