The Role As a Frontend Developer on our Expert Services team, you'll be the lead frontend developer on engagements with our customers - guiding them toward best-in-class UI experiences while serving as a trusted technical advisor throughout delivery. You're someone who can challenge assumptions, pave the path for best practices, and make confident visual decisions when no designer is in the room.

You'll Drive Digital Innovation By:

+ Acting as the lead frontend developer on Expert Services engagements with Mendix customers, owning delivery quality and scalability. + Advising and guiding customers in maximizing the user interface of their Mendix applications, enabling them to become self-sufficient on the platform. + Developing reusable UI elements using CSS, SASS, HTML5, and React, leveraging the Mendix Atlas UI Framework across Responsive, PWA, and Native contexts. + Making autonomous, informed visual and UX decisions on projects without dedicated design resources - ensuring applications remain polished, consistent, and user-centered. + Translating business requirements directly into intuitive UI designs, owning the full journey from concept to implementation. + Establishing and maintaining visual consistency across applications through self-directed application of design systems, typography, spacing, and color theory. + Facilitating project meetings and Scrum ceremonies, championing Scrum methodologies with customer stakeholders. + Contributing to internal documentation, UI patterns, and best practice sharing within the Expert Services team. + Building your project portfolio and brand within the Mendix developer community by creating and sharing valuable frontend content.
