JOB DESCRIPTION
Mid-to-Sr Level UX Designer We're looking for a midto-senior level UX Designer who can take ideas from early concepts through execution and isn't afraid of a little ambiguity. You're strong in UX fundamentals, thoughtful about systems and flows, and comfortable collaborating across product, tech, and content to create meaningful usercentered experiences. What you'll do Translate requirements and rough concepts into clear, usercentered design solutions Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes from low to high fidelity Map systems, states, logic, and complex user journeys Apply UX theory and principles to design decisions Build, modify, and maintain components within existing design systems Proficient in Figma-using it as your primary tool for design, prototyping, and documentation Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints Write UX copy (microcopy, longform, emails) that follows voice and tone Present work and design rationale clearly to internal teams and external partners Iterate quickly based on feedback and evolving requirements Consistent application of accessibility standards, and usability best practices What we're looking for 3-5 years of professional UX design experience Strong understanding of UX theory, principles, and systems thinking Experience working with and contributing to design systems Comfortable designing with ambiguity and selfdirecting your work Confident explaining what you designed and why Familiar with accessibility standards and inclusive design Collaborative, open to feedback, and dependable teammate Experience working closely with crossfunctional partners This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problemsolving, thinking holistically, and pushing for better UX-not just better screens.
