We are looking for a UX Designer for a remote contract. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse group of designers and engineers to create engaging user experiences that align with business goals and exceed user expectations. Responsibilities:

• Create detailed, development-ready design mockups in Figma that address user needs and meet business objectives.

• Contribute to brainstorming and design sessions, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
• Provide expert guidance on UX best practices to stakeholders and team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into design processes.
• Support cross-functional teams in integrating designs into product development workflows.
• Document design decisions and processes to ensure clear communication across teams.
