Job Description
Join our team as a User Experience Designer and lead innovative design projects that shape user interactions. This role offers the chance to work on complex product initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities Lead the design process for intricate product initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring a user-focused approach. Transform complex technical ideas into intuitive and engaging user workflows and interfaces. Leverage research and data insights to guide design decisions and improve user experiences. Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to deliver high-quality design solutions. Create prototypes and design specifications using modern design tools to effectively communicate ideas. Skills Over 7 years of experience in UX design, product design, or interaction design with a strong portfolio demonstrating design impact. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma. Strong leadership skills in managing design initiatives and navigating ambiguity while achieving results. Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders. Preferred Skills Experience in designing for Ad Tech, Retail Media, or AI-powered product experiences. Familiarity with campaign management workflows and analytics platforms. A passion for mentoring and advancing the UX discipline within the team.
