Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with eCommerce, Optimization, UX, IT, and Brand teams to ensure insights drive features, enhancements, strategic direction and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, compelling storytellingSupport Planning Cycles:
Identify research needs, advising on methodologies, and assessing opportunity areasDesign & Decision Support:
Inform design decisions by integrating customer evidence into wireframes, prototypes, and conceptual explorations and apply design thinking to clarify problems, refine experiences, and envision future journeysResearch Ops and Team Enablement:
Own UX Research and VOC Programs with guidance from User Experience Manager, ensuring thought leadership and evolution that contributes to advances in our overallDigital Maturity Mainatin VOC Surveys:
Improve VOC surveys and reports, ensuring they are actionable, user-friendly, and aligned with industry's best practicesTranslate Qualitative and Quantitative Insights:
Share clear and actionable guidance that shapes product strategy, experience optimization, and roadmap decisionsTrack Market Trends:
Share emerging trends across UX, VOC, eCommerce, and customer behavior Qualifications that make you the perfect fit! Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent UX/Research certification 5+ years of UX Research, VOC Strategy, or Customer Insights experience; ecommerce preferred Expertise in mixed-method research, with a strong understanding of when and how to apply each method Ability to turn research findings into actionable design and strategic recommendations Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills Experience developing and scaling Research Operations Proficiency with tools such as UserTesting, UserZoom, Maze, Qualtrics, Medallia, Pendo, Quantum Metric, Adobe Analytics, Figma, and Microsoft Office Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment Experience coaching designers, developers, or product partners Portfolio or case studies demonstrating research approach and impact Caleres is an Equal Opportunity Employer by choice.
