Job Description
Robert Half is seeking an experienced UX Designer for a contract engagement with one of our leading healthcare clients. This role is ideal for a user‑experience professional who excels at translating complex healthcare workflows into intuitive, accessible, and patient‑centered digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to improve usability, streamline digital interactions, and support the client's mission of delivering high‑quality care.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead UX design efforts across web and mobile products, ensuring solutions align with healthcare user needs and regulatory requirementsConduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover insights and validate design decisionsCreate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction models that support clear, efficient user journeysCollaborate with product managers, developers, clinicians, and stakeholders to define requirements and refine conceptsTranslate complex clinical or administrative processes into intuitive digital experiencesEnsure all designs follow accessibility standards and support inclusive user experiencesPresent design recommendations and rationale to stakeholders in a clear, compelling mannerContribute to design system enhancements and maintain consistency across digital touchpoints
