Job Description Break a feature or wireframe down into clear, scoped tasks, surfacing unknowns and dependencies earlyUse the Unreal Editor to build and maintain UI with Widget Blueprints and create logic with Blueprint scriptingArchitect robust, reusable component systems that stay flexible as designs changeImplement data-driven UI through ViewModels and view bindings, working closely with UI EngineeringBuild for every player, accounting for screen sizes and safe areas, localization, and accessibilityDesign within performance and memory budgets, profiling the cost of UMG, Slate, C++, and texture memoryCollaborate closely with UX, UI Art, and Engineering, improving workflows, pipelines, and documentation, and giving feedback as readily as you accept it Skills and Requirements 3-5+ Professional experience implementing UI in Unreal Engine (UE5 preferred)Strong hands-on experience with UMG, CommonUI/DynamicUI, and MVVMStrong Blueprint scripting experienceExperience implementing UI from provided Figma designs and wireframesUnderstanding of C++ concepts and data types sufficient to work closely with engineersExperience building and maintaining reusable UI systems and componentsExperience diagnosing, debugging, and optimizing UI performanceAbility to work effectively within a cross-functional team of designers, artists, and engineersPrior AAA game development experienceExperience supporting live-service productsExposure to Unreal Insights and UI profiling toolsFamiliarity with SlateC++ development experience We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
