Prototype and build application UX directly in the codebase, rather than using traditional tools like Figma.Component Development:
Translate design systems into reusable, scalable, and production-ready UI components.Mentorship:
Patiently guide the UX team, helping them get comfortable with frontend development concepts.Collaboration:
Partner with product, engineering, and UX teams in an agile engineering workflow. Requirements Experience:
5+ years in frontend development. Ideal candidates started their careers in UX before transitioning to code or have a highly adaptable startup background.Tech Stack:
Professional Angular (v19/v20 preferred) or React experience. Strong TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web skills.UX Expertise:
Deep understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and modern interaction patterns.Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, highly adaptable, and eager to mentor others.Assessment:
