Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a UI Production Support Engineer to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of web-based platforms in a production environment. This role focuses on monitoring systems, resolving production issues, improving processes through automation, and supporting continuous delivery in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain system stability, availability, and performance of web applications Provide production support including incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution Analyze logs and system metrics to identify issues and optimize performance Implement process improvements through automation and monitoring enhancements Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployments Support change management and release activities Utilize monitoring and analytics tools to gain insights and improve system reliability Work with service management tools to track and resolve incidents and requests Participate in Agile development processes and support delivery initiatives Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and system performance Required Qualifications Strong experience in production support and system reliability engineering Knowledge of ITIL practices including incident and change management Experience with monitoring and log analysis tools such as Splunk or similar Experience with service management tools such as ServiceNow Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Node.js, or Java Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working in Agile environments Preferred Qualifications Experience with workflow design and process optimization Experience with analytics and data-driven decision making Relevant cloud certifications
