In this role, you will be the creative engine behind our AECO digital ecosystem, directly influencing how architects and engineers visualize data and collaborate on-site. You won't just be moving pixels; you will be redefining professional workflows for B2B SaaS web and mobile applications, ensuring a cohesive user experience across multiple platforms that build our world's infrastructure. Key Exciting Responsibilities Lead theDesign Journey:
Own the full design lifecycle by leading the discovery process from initial concept design through to final implementation.Architect User Workflows:
Design and optimize sophisticated workflows and high-fidelity prototypes for B2B SaaS web and mobile applications. Champion theUser:
Act as a primary advocate for our customers, translating complex requirements into seamless, intuitive digital experiences. Master theDesign System:
Utilize and contribute to a global design system to ensure a unified, premium look and feel across all software solutions. Essential Skills & Experience 3-7 years of professional UX design experience, preferably within a cross-functional, matrixed design team. Proven ability to autonomously lead the discovery process and run projects with minimal oversight. Expert-level mastery of Figma and experience working with established design systems in a large-scale company environment. Experience designing complex UX for web applications and B2B software as a service (SaaS).Global Collaboration:
Ability to be flexible for early morning global calls to collaborate with international teams.Bonus Points For:
Experience designing intelligent product workflows powered by AI to solve complex user problems. Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance the design process, including aiding discovery, summarizing research, and accelerating prototyping. Proficiency in coding or experience using Cursor to bridge the gap between design and development. Deep understanding of user accessibility standards (WCAG) and a human-first approach to inclusive design. Familiarity with the Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) framework and a portfolio that highlights your problem-solving journey.Logistics Location:

Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law. Hiring Range $122,500.00- 168,400.
