Job Description:
We're partnering with a financial services company, to find a talented UX Designer. This role is onsite in NYC. Temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to shape user experiences for our customer service and back-office professionals. About a 6 month contract, onsite in Hudson Yards office.
UX Designer Responsibilities:
Develop intuitive solutions to enhance interaction quality across multiple digital products and platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with industry standards. Utilize advanced information architecture techniques and storyboarding to craft user-friendly interfaces that improve navigation and user satisfaction. Analyze user data and behavioral insights to guide design decisions and optimize the overall user experience. Work with diverse teams to integrate inclusive design principles and accessibility standards, ensuring products serve a broad user base. Employ an iterative design process, incorporating user feedback to continually elevate the usability of our offerings.
UX Designer Qualifications:
Over 3 years of experience in user experience design or a similar role focused on improving digital product experiences. Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite to produce compelling, functional interfaces. Demonstrated ability to design and refine user experiences across web, mobile, and other digital channels. Strong skills in interpreting data and translating it into actionable insights for design improvements. Knowledge of inclusive design, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies, with experience creating accessible digital solutions.
