UX Strategist

A leader in the pharmaceutical industry is hiring a UX Strategist in New Brunswick, NJ for a full-time, hybrid contract position.

UX Strategist Perks:

UX Strategist Requirements:

Proven experience in UX strategy, UX research, or a hybrid strategist role. Strong background in user research, journey mapping, and problem framing. Ability to lead UX efforts independently across multiple projects. Experience influencing stakeholders and communicating design rationale. Familiarity with data-rich environments or regulated industries preferred.

UX Strategist Responsibilities:

Lead early-stage UX discovery and define problem statements. Conduct user research and synthesize insights into strategic direction. Guide cross-functional teams in understanding user needs and solutions. Facilitate workshops to drive alignment and decision-making. Provide design direction and evaluate existing digital experiences.
