Senior Product Designer (UI/UX + AI-Powered Design) Northern New Jersey; Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm 100K annual compensation, plus 10% bonus, commensurate with experience About Us We're a fast-growing healthcare technology company on a mission to improve the way healthcare organizations operate and serve their communities. Our product is used across the healthcare industry, and we're looking for a talented Product Designer who thrives in a fast-moving environment and embraces the latest AI-powered design and development workflows. If you're excited about designing exceptional user experiences and using AI tools like Claude to rapidly prototype, build, and iterate on your designs, we'd love to meet you. The Role As our Product Designer, you'll own the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications. You'll work closely with our Product Manager and engineering team to transform requirements into intuitive, elegant, and highly functional user experiences. We're looking for a designer who doesn't stop at mockups. You should be comfortable leveraging AI tools such as Claude to create prototypes, generate front-end code, accelerate development, and bring ideas to life faster than traditional design workflows allow. What You'll Do
- Design intuitive, modern, and visually compelling experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Partner closely with the Product Manager to translate feature requirements into exceptional user experiences.
- Use AI tools, including Claude, to prototype interfaces, generate front-end code, and accelerate product delivery.
- Collaborate daily with engineers, marketing, customer success, and other stakeholders.
- Iterate quickly based on customer feedback, analytics, and usability testing.
- Ensure consistency across design systems, components, and user journeys.
- Contribute to product strategy and help shape the future direction of our platform. What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience for SaaS, web, or mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating outstanding product design and user-centered thinking.
- Expertise with Figma and modern design systems.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile experiences.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, or similar platforms to accelerate design and development workflows.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small, highly productive team.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
