Job Description

Full-time Compensation Range:
$32.50 - $40.62/hr W2 We are seeking a highly organized and technically-minded Creative Process Specialist to manage and optimize our UX tool stack. In this role, you will be the backbone of the design team's operations, ensuring that tools like Figma, FigJam, and Lucid are governed correctly and utilized to their full potential. You will also play a key role in piloting and integrating AI design tools into our enterprise workflows.
Responsibilities:
Tool Administration & Governance:
Provide daily support for the UX tool stack. Configure access controls, manage permissions, and enforce governance standards for plugins, library structures, and version control.
Enablement & Designer Experience:
Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and feature requests. Create internal playbooks, documentation, and lead "office hours" to help designers work more efficiently.
AI Design Tool Support:
Execute pilot operations for new AI tools, manage participant onboarding, synthesize feedback, and provide recommendations for broader adoption.
Operational Rigor:
Maintain the "single source of truth" for approved tools, tracking impact signals, adoption rates, and common friction points to report back to leadership.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3-5 years in Design Operations, Design Program Management, or a Tools/Systems Admin role within a product organization.
Figma Mastery:
Strong hands-on experience with enterprise-level Figma administration (permissions, libraries, and plugin governance).
Communication:
Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to create concise, user-friendly documentation.
AI Familiarity:
A working knowledge of AI design tools and the security/workflow considerations involved in enterprise adoption.
Technical Comfort:
Familiarity with design systems tooling and token pipelines is a plus.
Background:
Prior experience as a design or research practitioner is preferred.
