Job Description:
A leading financial services company is hiring a Principal UX Designer to support their innovative technology team. This temporary position is based in Merrimack, NH, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to enterprise-level digital product design.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of user interfaces that enhance usability, accessibility, and visual appeal across various platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define design strategies and solutions. Create detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to illustrate interaction concepts effectively. Advocate for user-centered design principles, incorporating research insights and performance data to improve existing features. Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and assets to streamline UI development processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of professional UX or related design experience. A degree in fields such as interactive design, architecture, industrial design, graphic design, or human factors is preferred. Experience in Asset Management or investment application design is ideal. Demonstrated ability to lead strategic design initiatives and work collaboratively across teams. Strong skills in information architecture, prototyping, user research, and visual design, with effective communication and storytelling abilities.
