Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Junior UX Designer & Researcher to support a Digital Product team. This person will help design and improve digital products across the USTA Network by assisting with user research, creating wireframes and prototypes in Figma, and supporting usability testing. This role is weighted more heavily toward design (about 60%), with the remaining 40% focused on user research, testing, and insights. They'll work closely with senior UX designers, product managers, and developers to gather user feedback, test ideas, and make updates based on what works best for users. The role is very hands‑on and collaborative, with a focus on learning, growing UX skills, and contributing to real product decisions while working on high‑visibility digital platforms. This is a permanent role and pays $80

- 1-3 years of experience in UX design, UX research, or digital product roles
- Hands‑on experience using Figma for wireframes and prototypes
- Experience supporting user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Ability to turn research findings into clear design improvements
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and basic prototypes
- Strong understanding of user‑centered and interaction design principles
- Ability to clearly explain design decisions and past project work
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Well‑organized portfolio with UX case studies showing process and impact
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with UserTesting.com
- Exposure to Adobe Analytics or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Familiarity with tools like Hotjar
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Sports or digital media product experience
