Senior User Researcher

A leading financial services company is hiring a Senior User Researcher to support their digital product development team. This position is based on-site at Columbus, Ohio.

Senior User Researcher Responsibilities:

Lead qualitative and quantitative user research projects to guide product development decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research topics aligned with business goals. Design and execute various user studies, including field explorations and usability testing. Analyze research data to develop clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. Communicate research findings effectively to senior leadership and team members.

Senior User Researcher Qualifications:

Demonstrated expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques. Proven experience directing research efforts that impact product and business strategies. Skilled at translating complex data into straightforward insights. Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for communicating to executive audiences. Experience working within large, complex organizations is preferred.
